Open House

Jaiden Kindergarden Class had a mini Open House on Wednesday right after class. Of course we had to go. Petes been off this week and He picked me up for my lunch break and we headed in. Its kinda sad/pathetic that we didnt know what to do really. We followed in Ms. Ashton (from the daycare) who normally picks up Jaiden. I felt really bad that she knew what to do and I as a parent did not :( But .. life goes on. Jaiden really likes daycare, so much he chose to go back to daycare rather than hang out with Dad (Ok, Ok, Pete did say theyd be working though)

** They sang us 5 songs they had been working on. 4 Halloween ones and of course the Nevada Song (Home means Nevada, Home means the hills).. I got video but my blog sucks and always screws it up :( Ill try facebook.


Waiting for all the parents to come in What a Flirt.. right? Once in there I felt like such a proud mamma. I was excited to see Jai with his class and to sit in his teeny little desk. Im so proud of my big boy and how much is had grown over the years. I LOVE his teacher and think shes the cutest thing. Not only and as a teacher and that she works great with the kids.. but she really is the cutest thing ever!! I really like that he has a ypung, fun teacher, who has a 4 yr old of her own and knows how to relate. I hope Rylan had her next year.

More Halloween Fun!

We were invited to a Halloween/Social at my friend Taras house. We had fun and so did the kids.

The boys were very well behaved. Jaiden even fell asleep on the couch. There were 2 other boys there to play with and they all ahd a ton of fun.

By the time Hallwoeen rolls around, Jaiden will have worn his costume for SEVEN differnt Halloween things :

Tuesday was our Old Ward/ Parents Ward Trunk or Treat. We figured more fun for the kids and wed get to see some friends and some of my sisters were coming too. Why not?

Kadence wasnt much into getting candy. She wanted to EAT!! She ate a bunch and then every time Id walk anywere near the food, shesd say uuuhhh>> and point to the food!! :)

Heres how out Trolls hair went down..

I had awesome hairspray that held my sister hair striaght out in a huge mohawk, which is much longer than kandence. So I had planned on straight up like you see a treasure troll. It started off ok
But as you can see.. it didnt end that way. That stuff absolutely would of held. But its painfull. Spary and combing that STIFFNESS. Doesnt work well with a 17 mo old. And shes got a TOUGH head. So I couldnt do it. We settled for a pony on top. Its still cute I think. Maybe well try again.

And as you can see.. she thinks she looks good :) Which is what matters RIGHT?

Carving Pumpkins/Party

Every year weve gotten together with my side of the family to carve pumpkins. I think this year we had the most family members. It was chaotic at times but always fun!

I was in charge of planning some games for the kids. We played "Hot Pumpkin" to some Scary Music. Bryce Won

Bryce won again! I think all the kids, besides Kadence, had fun with the games. She wanted nothing to do with them.

Softball!

As I mentioned in a previous post, Ive started Softball.

Friday was our first game, Or 2 I should say. I have NEVER played softball in my life. Like... not even goofing around. Ok.. maybe in elementary, maybe?? Anyways.. I didnt know alot of the rules or even what the term "ball" was. I do now. Anyways.. I had alot of fun and am glad my friend Amber lined this up. We lost both games but we expected that. My friend Amber, and Tara, and I all have never played. Its a co-ed team but Petes not playing. Hes not huge on baseball and hes got kid duty. The kids were able to run around with the Lichty kids and Maverik and I know they always love that. I played catcher the first game and really liked it. 2nd game I switched and played right outfield... boring.. but good cause I cant catch ;) Ill be practicing with Pete more and have since bought a softball glove since teh baseball glove I used during the game wont be as good obviously.


How nice is this field. Its ALL fake grass. Thats right, no red dirt!

Ok, so bunch of you have been asking why I just up and made my blog private without much warning. it just sounds to extreme. Cancer, violet, and then kidnapping his kid that I don't know about...he's never even been gone overnight!! I just want you to find your RIGHT pete almanza. I mean when would he even have the time to date you. Do you even live here. And why if you have a 6 month old are you just now contacing me?

Well... that was interesting, Right???


Ok .. first off, Maybe you should make sure BEFORE you start problems. (Thankfully I trust Pete enough and we just laughed as first.. then I got weirded out. But what if that wasnt the case. What if he WERE slightly violent, or slight doubt of his devotedness to you.. what then, this could be the last straw.. so She says she no home wrecker... RIGHT LADY?

Of course from the first message I knew she had the wrong Pete Almanza, then as the messages went on it confimred that. I have on my facebook were she was able to see my blog link and I didnt want that at all. I really felt like this girl was a pshyco and that se honestly thought that my "Baby Daddy" was her baby daddy :)

I was seriously weirded out. Also my stats show Im getting a lot of reviews from France ??? I dont know anyone in France. So, theres my reason, but that message was my last straw.


And thankfully, Pete is nobodys Baby Daddy.. but MINE!! :)

So, hopefully it wont be a huge hastle to read my blog here on out but I feel this was needed. Thanks guys!!

Our Fun Filled Weekend

In Short:
Friday night> Fall Festival
Saturday> Heart Walk then stright to double header games 10:40 & 1:20




Every year my boys have their minds made up on what they want to be for Halloween, and every year it never fails, its something with guns or swords. Typical. But I cant compalin. What mom wouldnt want 2 boys to be her protectors ;) Look at Jais fighting hands and Ry was growling in this picture!

Jaidens Elementary School hosted a Fall Festival that Jaiden has been talking about for weeks. We went Friday night.


They did a LITTLE trunk or treating. Only about 5 cars :)

Checked out the inside of a fire truck

Played some games


They won fun prizes


Ate some cotton candy.

And they did go through there first haunted house without mom and dad. I got a video of them coming out. Jaiden said it was scary but didnt seem to scared. Rylan came out asking me to fix his costume back, but once I asked him about it he stared to cry ;( but only for like one second.


Saturday Morning- Heart Walk with Mom,Sheree, Jade, and Kadence. Kadence was a real stinker for a good part of the walk and I almost called Pete to drive the 2 minutes from our house and pick her up, well I did but then decided to stick it out.





Literally right after the walk, Pete picked us up on the corner and we were off to the first soccer game or the day.

Heres a bottle holder I got a the heart walk that Kadence thought was pretty cool that she could tote around. She wouldnt drink her bottle with it on though

Both boys really hustled and played very well.

After the first game we went to Smash Burger for lunch. Then back for teh second game of the day. The boys did well again, I thought theyd be tired.

Saturday Night we were suppose to go out with friends. But Kadence has been sick the past few days and was still grumpy so we stayed home. I was kinda glad because it had been a long day.


Sunday we enjoyed the rain.
After I (mean mom, ok they didnt complain too much) made us clean for a FULL ONE HOUR ;( we relaxed!
