Happy 80th Birthday Grandma!

We celebrated Grandmas 80th Birthday with a Surprise Party at my parents house. There was lots of family who came down from out of state. It was great! Grandma had no idea. We had Panda Express and a huge Ice Cream cake from cold stone! YUMMY!!

Grandma Birthday Book

For Grandmas 80th Birthday everyone was suppose to make/do something to give to her for her Birthday. She recieved a lot of REALLY nice presents with a lot of time and effort put into them. Our family made a scrapbook that has pictures/ Poems/ Memories and letters for her.

Jaxon Surgery

My nephew Jaxon had Surgery January 21st. He is now home and were SOO glad things are moving forward for him. We LOVE you Jax!!

Crazieessss!!

These little ones are CRAZY!! Even the little one :) Who by the way, was NOT making a crazy face but is ACTAULLY picking her nose. She quite good at it really and does it OFTEN... Pete finds this cute, I dont get it??? I tell him hes really not going to think its cute when she in kindergarden and getting made fun of!! :(

Stoneys!!

I almost forgot to post this. A few weeks back we went to stoneys. Tara, me, and Nicole got there. Pete and Dustin went to a UNLV basketball game and then met up with us (Some of Petes firends showed up later to bowl). Ashley, Amber and Rylee (and her friend) all came later. I got to learn some new dances and have fun with my girls! Pete even got out on the floor for a dance> Which was AWESOME!! Pete NEVER dances with me. Not out in public, not at home, not ever .. )although, I do remember just me and him going dancing once when we were dating) and then to add that its COUNTRY dancing!! Im glad he was trooper but not sure Ill see that day again, atleast not for a long time. So I HAD to document it somewere. Too bad I didnt have my camera! :(

Its a good thing we do Heat

Its a good thing were in the heating and A/c Business because that seems to be the only repairs weve needed while in our new home. And weve needed lots. We have 2 split systems, which means 6 different pieces. 3 of which had needed repairs.



Of thoserepairs, If we didnt do this profession, would have cost us about $2500 within 8 months. More, but some of this was just barely still under parts warranty. Also our garbage disposal went out a while back, and Petes company does plumbing, so he got that.

Pete replaced our motor and cap in our heater last week and Jaiden insisted on helping. Rylan didnt like the gab between the ladder and the attic and Kadence was really mad she couldnt get inside the attic so we had to take a quick Peek.

Potty!

I despise potty training.. I REALLY do. My boys were both head ache to potty train!! I think a good part of the reason was because they were at daycare so it was harder. Never that constant checking or asking. Either way, it took them both about 9 months till they were completely potty trained, and about 3 yrs old. So I didnt plan on starting Kadence by any means before she turned two! BUT, I have heard girls catch on sooner and you can start them sooner. So I decided to pull down the potty and just have it there for her to get familiar with. No can do. That girl wanted to be on it. So I put her on it. She wanted toilet paper after toilet paper to wipe over and over again. It went a little something like this> Kade would sit down, ask for toilet paper, Wipe herself. Stand up and wobble over and drop it into the garbage. Wobble back to toilet. Sit down and want to do it again. Pete thought she might rub herslef raw :) HAHA. No, shes very softly wiping but now she wants to flush. Either way she has gone 2 times. Onece the first night and once last night. Thats good for me! I havent asked daycare to start yet because Im going to see how the rest of the week goes. Enjoy the pictures.
