Sleepy Head

The boys ended their Christmas night "staying up late" .. or trying, hence the story. 

These boys were told they could stay up as late as they want. 

I walked in my room to go to bed. Id been laying there for only about 5min. 

I hear Rylan saying 

Jai

Jai

Jai...your driving off the road

(his game was a race car one)

Haha.. I knew immediately that he had fallen asleep in the chair playing! 

FYI.. we dont have 2 dogs, were Dog sitting Jeds dog Rugger! 

Merry Christmas

Christmas Day was kinda perfect! Im realizing more and more that I need to prep early so I can really enjoy this day. I also love that on this certain day we dont have any kind of time frame and do things on our schedule. 

Granny showed up early in the morning for the kids to open their presents. 

We had a smaller christmas as far as normal gifts this year.. but thats because Santa had a big one in the garage.

 Yup! The were stoked and I couldnt sleep the night before because I was stoked haha

 Santa got the kids there "gear"   helmets, gloves, and goggles.

 We loaded it up after breakfast and a little play time with our toys to ride around grandma and grandpas house.

 We came home and I prepared our feast complete with turkey ,mashed potatoes, rolls. gravy, stuffing, and bacon wrapped smokies. We were spent by then and Pete and I squeezed in a 2 hour nap on the couch while the kids entertained themselves (LOVING THIS AGE)

Ended the night with lots of game time!

Merry Christmas, I hope everyone enjoyed their loved ones and spent time thinking of our Savior and His Birth! 

Christmas Eve

Christmas Eve Pete & I took the kids to see Frozen @ Town Square and to play in the park. 

 That night we spent with my parents, siblings, and families.
We ate Italian food which was delicious!

 Sheree and Grandma had spent the day making cookies for the kids to frost!

We ended the night at home opening our Christmas Eve Pjs and getting ready for bed!

Big Sanders Christmas Party

Last night was the Big Sanders Chrsitmas Party!

The kids (and Adults) got a kick out of Uncle Dons app the made us "fat" or mixed 2 peoples faces" 

Rylan was a pretty me haha

 Sheree had a santa costume for work and of Course Gary was awesoem enough to hand out candy canes as Santa!  I pulled Jaiden aside to make sure he wouldnt rat Gary out to the kids.
Alyssa said "thats my daddy"  .. Maybe if he had a beard!
Oh well and still super fun!

 Aunt Lois and Uncle Don were super generous and made these kids night with awesome kids white elephant!

My kid love WHITE elephant and have been asking since Thanksgiving!

Grinch Stole Christmas

Jaidens Class had a program (they read the lines and one kids was the Gricnh so it wasnt really a "play") but still was cute to watch Jai.  He actually had a bunch of lines and did really great at it! Rys class (well all the 2nd graders) got to come watch too!

Kadence School Christmas Program!

Every year our Daycare Holds a cute little Christmas Program. The kids practice Christmas songs and get all fancy for the parents! Kadence loved getting pretty and curling her hair!

Mountains Edge Snow Day!

Mountains Edge had their snow day on Jaidens Birhtday... I put some pictures in his birthday post but wanted it to be about him. 

HOWEVER, I couldnt forget about all the fun we had and post these cute pictures!
