Updates!

Kadence and I chopped out hair. My hair was getting super thin and pathetic and I really like it much better now. Kadences was getting SUPER tangly and she would get mad when I brushed it. Same reason I chopped it the last time. I do miss her long hair though but she seems happier :) 

 My Aunt Lois brought stuff to make these fun "SODA" clips during our big family Thanksgiving.

 Kadence put on my jewelry one night while I was doing the dishes, She said "I look like a mom"  

Pete just finished an outdoor soccer league with Jed. Hes kinda stopped playing Basketball for the first time since I met him which is pretty crazy.

My kids LOVE board games. I just dont bring them out enough. Maybe santa will bring some more!

Skate night with Sheree and Adam for Jade school's night. I didnt know Adam was coming so I took the kids alone. Pete had the night to to himself and didnt complain. Kadence was WORK. Holding her hand. She brought us obth down 2x's but It was soo worth it. Love family nights like this. Too bad its a serious drive out there. 

Pete & I went to twilight for a date night and my parents watched the kids. Sheree slept over that night since grandma was watching he kids in the morning. We stayed to finish watching a movie they were in the middle off. Jaiden, Jade, and Kadence cuddling!! :) 

Color Me Rad

My first officially 5k!!    (Although I dont think it was actually 5k)    L-O-V-E-D running this race with these girls. Part of me wished I had my kiddos because they would ahve LOVED it to. Next year. Amber was a total trooper and did much better then I expected. (She had surgery recently on her poor toes and they just havent been the same). We had a ton of fun and Im definately doing it again.  

Air Show

My parents picked up the boys Saturday morning and met up with Sheree and Adams Family at the Air  Show. The boys had a blast and couldnt stop talking about it when they came home.   Pick was working so Kadence and I enjoyed our peace and quite. 

Jed & Ashley Lyon

On November 9th one of my very longest friends Ashley married the man of her dream Jed Lyon. I really is a "fairy tale" story and I couldnt have been more honored to be a part of it. Im so happy for you two and love you lots!!

About 2 weeks ago Gary texted me this. I couldnt help but blog this... I LOVE IT!!

Gary: Alyssa revealed to Lindsey, she wanted to marry me when she grows up.  She learned you can't do that. Thats when she said she'll marry Pete instead.

Tara: Haha..that's HILARIOUS!! Tell her shes got good taste, but he's taken as well :)

Gary: In 20 years from now she might try to catch him. Your safe for now

Tara: I better step up my game than. In 20 yrs she'll be cuter than me too.

Gary: She told Lindsey she wants 10 kids. 8 boys and 7 girls =10

Latelys

Tarars Halloween Party. We werent planning on going this year since it was our wards trunk or treat that same night, but we stopped by after. 

 Election day the boys had no school. We hurried and got in line and voted before I had to work . The boys were awesome and actually helped. They got to select on the screen :) They thought they were pretty cool.

Then they spent the day riding bikes and playing outside

and trying to help grandpa, till I kicked them out because those tiny hands against sharp sheet metal edges FREAKS me out!!

Last night while me and Pete watched our shows, the kids kept entertained in our bed with netflix on the laptop :)

Kadence thought she looked ok to leave that house ; /    Ummm...

Snow cones and the cool swing at the Tippetts while I got my hair done!
