Disney on Ice

Kim and I took Kade and Jax to Disney on Ice.
Neither had been before.

We have taken my boys when they were younger but Kadence’s had never gone. I was worried f I didn’t take her this year, she might soon outgrow it.

The kids really enjoyed it and so did I.
I loved watching the actual talent of the skaters along with the show.

It was a fun night out with our littles.

Snow day. Again and again

My brother went to the snow on Saturday and posted on Facebook... Pahrump pass...  what! 

My family always drives all the way to Mt. Charleston..  which is across town and up the mountain. That takes almost an hour and a half from our house.  Pahrump pass took us 12-15 min from driveway to parking (depending which spot we hit) 

Soo excited!   Sunday after church we went as a family. 

We had a lot of fun and it was so quick and easy..  so Monday after work , I loaded the kids and dogs and went to another spot off the road so I didn’t have to worry about the dogs (Pete was working still) 

We had so much fun then that we did the same thing the next day but ditched the dogs and took 2 of Jaidens friends. 

They all had a blast and I loved that it was so simple that I felt comfortable going without Pete the last 2 days. 

So easy and quick and FUN!!!  Perfect school break fun! 

Christmas Day

Kadence was so excited for Christmas and woke up multiple times in the night. (She knows about Santa... but the gifts still get her) 

Rylan’s #1 want was a bigger bed and I was excited that he wanted “make our house nicer” stuff ;) 

So of course he got that. Jai also got a headboard for his bed. 

Kadence got a tv and a hover board and clothes and shoes mostly. 

They boys also got new phones (both of their were on the brink of dying...  but we kept them humble and didn’t get the the newest I phones..we told them that won’t ever happen till they pay for them themselves) 

We told Pete’s family we would be over around 12 or 1 knowing the boys would want to do their beds. 

That is how we spent our morning. (I made mountain made for breakfast burritos in the crockpot. So perfect and easy and yummy). 

We made up Ceviche and then headed over. We did gifts over at Grannys and then realize the oven was dying and packed up everything and headed to our house to finish cooking and do dinner. 

We had fun hanging with the cousins. 

We also did boiling crab and the kids got to do the buffet for lunch while Pete and I worked 1 day.
