Yw paint Night

One of the Yw leaders lined up a paint instructor to come teach us to paint.
We used mid-grade water color paint and the room was soo quite. Everyone was totally focused and everyone ended up loving it...including me!! ;)

Vegas Snow

We're weirdos in Vegas and even just snow flurries get us all EXCITED!!  We're sitting in work and Lois says, Nw if seeing some snow flurries! WHAT!!  So I start sending Celestial messages to see if she has snow. Nope.

Jaiden texts me about 1 hr later from school....mom, it's snowing!!

ahh..im SO excited for him and ry. And so excited that my teenager thought to text his mama during that moment ;) 
haha
anyways... they are about 10 min away so I kept walking out to peak and about 30 min later we had some snow at work.

Sooo fun and a perfect start to our Friday.

All my kids got to see and okay in it because it was lunch time.

Scout Auction

Both Jaiden and Rylan will get to go to Scout camp this summer. Saturday the ward did their Dessert Auction dinner.
Rylan wound up with the flu so I stayed home with him.

Jaiden helped the other boys set up, and cooking the hot dogs and hamburgers..Pete said he walked by and watched one of the boys drop and burger and throw it back on the grill.  😂😂   oh man!!!!  

These auctions are always a lot of fun and Kadence loves throwing her hand up for more and more $$  Pete came home with 2 dessert and spent $130 .....

we figured better spend the  $and get something or well be forking over the $later if they didn't raise enough.

While we were all the chocolate dipping...we made the strawberry ones too for my yw lesson the next day l.

Jai had to Shave

Jaiden was getting a 5 o clock shadow. I had noticed it for a bit but didn't think we were there. Is noticed it when I was about 20 ft. away and thought..its probably time.
My dad had also asked me about it.

Jaidens 13 and in 7th grade. He'll probably my need to only shave every so often but it officially happened and I HAD to document it.
He was nervous he was going to cut himself.
I was sitting on the counter and had him " shave" a part of my lower leg. haha

I had him press harder and show it's not so easy to cut yourself. Pete the started and we had him finish.

Valentine's 2018

I was sick for 2 days before Valentine's and really wasn't prepared.
I got Pete a few candies but totally was lacking. Thankfully he's not big into that stuff.
We did fun Valentine's for Kadence class and she for some Lularoe leggings from Lindsey shop.
The boys had a game and actually almost won. Rylan didn't play but Jaiden did well. After we went to Pops and Waffle Love. We also swung by to give Granny some pop cookies and a gift card for Valentine's

Pete sent me a text while I was at worj. He picked me up a tree for our yard. I can't tell you HOW excited I was. He totally gets me ;)  for real!!  I'm thinks flowers are a waste of money. I'll take them over nothing but don't LOVE them. I'd take most anything else over them.

Kade Sleepover

The boys have has their friend Jamari sleepover the past 3 weekends Of course I haven't taken pictures.
Kadences friends mom was going out and asked if her daughter could stay late or sleepover. The girls loves that we said sleepover;)

Sky Zone with Cousins

Today is Presidents Day and the kids have had 5 days off school. Unfortunately Pete and I had normal work schedules so the kids stayed home and entertained themselves....aka...sat around and watch tv bored. They did walk to circle k and play outside with neighbors some.
The weekend they also had sleepovers and hung out with friends.

So we decided our last day we would use our Groupon and get around and jump.

Granny Grey Jax and Grandpa and Grandma came too.
The kids had alot of fun but still prefer Gravity and Flip n out better
