Our Spring Break

So I though Spring Break was gunna totally suck since I work. But I decided I wasnt going to let that happen. We ended up having stuff going on every single night last week and into this week. It was lots of fun and very tiring.


**Monday We started the week off having the Missionaries over for Dinner. For the first time EVER!! In our old house Pete or I stood eating dinner so we never had them over due to room. So I figured I should try it out now that we have more room. Well dinner went well. After dinner, not so much. My kids were soo crazy. They literally were trying to not laugh at my kids. It was a little embarrassing really. Im not sure when Ill do that again. :(


**Tuesday we headed to soccer practice and realized we forgot the balls. We ditched out, went out to dinner. Came home and dyed Eggs at 8:30 at night.

** Wednesday we met Leshal, Brandon, and Matix at the drive in movies to watch HOP!! Kadence actually stayed awake the WHOLE time, normally she falls asleep on the way there.


*** Thursday Lindsey Invited everyone to he house to decorate cookies. Pete wasnt feeling good and stayed home.. Brandon told Jai that daddy loves black jelly beans. Being the sweetheart he is made daddy 2 cookies LOADED with black jelly beans. :) haha Too bad he hates then!!
The kids did a few then played in the yard while us girls finished.

***Friday Jaiden came to work with me in the morning. Granny and Greyson picked him up and he got to spend the day with his Cousin. Rylan and Kadence had their parties at school!

That night I spent cleaning.

***Saturday we met up With Granny, Kim, the boys to do a little shopping at the outlet Mall.

Kadence was a stinker butt like normal warming up to Jax. How teeny is that little man. Hell be 1 in June >>> Crazy!!

After Shopping we headed to lunch at Chilis. The kids had Pete chase down the ice cream truck once we got back to the house.

That night we had some new Friends (Well Petes Friend from High School, who happens to be in our stake) over for dinner. That was fun.

Once they went home Pete turned on a movie for the boys nad we relaxed downstairs. When I went to go check on 3 quiet boys here what I found :) Cute
!!

Sunday we got ready for church. Took Grey to Grannys house. Went to church and then went back over for Dinner and and Egg HUnt!

**Monday we headed to my parents for Dinner and an Egg Hunt

And we still got stuff going on every night this week. I need a chill night ;)

Im glad we ended up having lot of Fun during Spring Break though.

Applesauce!!

You know how as a mom, you HAVE to have some things on hand at all times. Like Diapers, wipes, milk, ect. And if you dont, It store time, even super late at night...


Well were NOT quite to THAT point, BUT , Applesause has become a must have at our home. Everyday Monday-Friday Kadence gets Applesauce as part of her breakfast. Kadence has attachment issues ;) She clings to certain people. She goes well to daycare, but not if someone else is there. Like if its a sub that day, or their schedules have changed. They have a day off, ect. And I felt bad leaving her crying. For her and them. One day when someone new was there I happened to have a applesauce that day. I sat her down, opened it up and WHA LA. The girl was FINE!! We started to notice a difference. Sooo.. Every morning, she eats a toast of bagel or waffle or waterever... and a APPLESAUCE. Not ONE morning has passed that she cries when I leave. Its been about 3 weeks. Regardless of whos in the classroom.


So... Applesauce is a MUST in my house now.

Too bad I cant send her to nursery with some.(We still struggle everyweek)

Spring Break Stinks

Ok.. not completely. BUT as a working mom it does. It stinks that all you stay at home moms are having fun in the sun with your beautiful babies and Im not :( Its weeks like this that are rought working. I want to be with MY babies! I am grateful that I dont have homework this week so thats a plus. But thats ALL thats different about this week. KINDA STINKS!!

Ninja Stars

All last weeks at Daycare Jaiden was having a firend make him ninja stars>> Its the IN thing there right now :) He kept telling me I needing to look @ NINJASTARS.COM and print him a paper showing how to make them himself. I kept forgetting :( But he was VEYR patient with me. Finally Friday rolled around and we pulled somehting up on Petes phone. It took him ONE time and hes got it memorized. He is making ninja stars out of anything and eveything he can get his hands on. He'll being all kinds of papers up to me to make sure he can fold them first. Ive got ninja stars flying all over my house.

Kadence likes to pick them up, hold them above her head and starts singing Twinkle twinkle little stars. It pretty dran cute!

I wonder how long this stage will last.

911 Call Taker/Police Dispatcher

My Girlfriend Tara tested for this poition with Metro in August 2009. She waited this whole time to start training. For the past 12 ( I believe) weeks she has been vigorously training to do this job. I am so proud of her and her hard work. Im glad I was able to go to her Graduation. I cant believe startign Sunday shell be taking 911 CALLS!! INSANE to me. I could not do this job ( Just hearing her tell me things they have had to listen to just to pass to train are just heartbreaking) but I hope she loves it and know shell do great. Congrats TARA!! This is a huge accomplishment! Tara and the 12 other graduates! Who will "SAVE LIVES" :) Taras Dad is a retired Metro Police Office and was able to present her with her Diploma! Pretty Cool Tara was elected by her classmates to give the class Speach. She did a GREAT job! Tara & her Fiance Austin The Family :) Soon to be Brother and Sister in Law- Ty and Whitney

Last Minute Plans and Jades Party

Friday my family and Celestials family were planning on going to the Logandale Fair if the weather was nice. Well it wasnt. So at 5:00 Celestial called and asked if we wanted to still hang out. As I was on the phone Adam was in the office and asked if him and Sheree could come. Sure. Once he talked to Sheree we turned it into the whole family invited and celebrating Jade Birthday which was Sunday. So I text the whole family @ 5:15pm that we were having Pizza and games at my house at 6pm. Yep.. In 45 min and with me still at work having to pick up the kids. Lindsey ended up getting to my house before I did and I was REAL glad my house was clean since we ended up having everyone over and I hadnt planned on anyone. Everyone stayed till about 11p and we played some Kinect but the big hit was "THINGS"

I highly reccomend if youve never played. You pull a card that says "Things you should do on a bus" and then every writes something and then you all try to guess who wrote what ... FREAKING HILARIOUS!! Seriously LOVE that game. Here lesh and my boys breaking it down :) I was cracking up a my mama. Its hilarious to walk people run on the Kinect Jade was pretty excited for her Tangled movie from her mom and dad. Cute buddies! The whole family made it except Alisha and Greg had school and of course Wendys Family couldnt :( We miss you guys ALOT!!

Jai Kinder Picnic

Last week Jaidens Kinder class was having a picnic in class (since the weather turned crappy) for the last 30 min of class. Parents were invited to join. I took off work for a early lunch break, grabbed some subway and headed in. Jaiden was sitting off to the side anxiously awaiting for me to get there. He was so exctied when I did. He was pretty stoked a brought subway too ;) We ate and he showed me some of the things hanging on the walls hes done. Than the kids all performed a few songs they have been learning. Soo cute!! Jaiden was turned to me at first like he was performing to me and so I wouldnt be left out I think :) Too sweet. He has a huge smile the whole time. After I took him to daycare and headed back to work. Later that night he told me "That was so cool you came for the picnic at school, it was soo fun"

Star of the Week

Jaiden is the Star of The Week in Kindergarten this week. He was pretty stoked to color his sign this past weekend. Rylan loved helping too and Jai was nice enough to let him.

MOnday he brought and presented his sign to the class and told about himself. I had to send in a letter about him along with a baby and recent picture. Ms. Stoft is oging ot compose a book with all of that along with compliments from the class for Jaiden to have. Its that ADORABLE!! Yseterday he brought his favorite book that she read to the class and tommorrow he gets to bring in show and tell.

THATS MY STAR!! :) LoVE my baby and glad hes getting a little spotlight, he loves it!
