First Day of School

It's official.   All my babies are not babies.

Jaiden stared 4th grade (he actually has mornings with one teacher and aftermoons with a 5th grade teacher) the whole class flops and the separate teachers teach separate things. He's pretty excited that he had a USB on his supplies list.  He's getting big.

Rylan started 3rd grade.  He will also rotate with another teacher for subjects as well..  but there's will be split but who knows what (better or worse at math ect)

Kadence is an official kindergartener. We applied for a lottery draw for paid full day kindergarten and than fully got in.

I had a hard time the start of this yeat. Everything seemed much more stressful
 Both boys were at daycare for kin
dergarten. Kadence is in safekey and RIDING the bus home with the boys. eekkk!!  That was rough for me.


But it'll be good.

So here's to hopefully a awesome and productive school year!!

Some slip and slide fun

Alisha is watching Kadence for the last 2.5 weeks before school starts. Since Kadence is SOO close to me and knows it weve decided she gets to come in and have lunch with me and run outside and play a game of tag or hide n go seek.
I love it!

Weve had one sickness after the next the past month. FOR REAL!! so were resting in bed watching netflix ...and eating healthy to kick the sickys

They caught a lizard.. and said they were bringing him home. hahaha yea right. This mom is NOT a lizard fan.
Last week there was a teeny tiny.. like amybe a few days old one in my kitchen. Still. I thought it wasa rubbery toy. I got down close to look and it ran toward me. I SCREAMED so bad the kids came in from outside. Of course I made Jaiden save me. :)

Aww... Too made I made them be this cute with each other for a picture.  But im glad I got that. This mama is ready for school to start again. Theyve been together to much and we can all tell

Cupcakes

We've been sick too much th is summer 

Kadence has had a fever for 4 days. :( 

Over the weekend we spent the morning laying in bed watching cupcake shows on netflix. 

So we got a craving ;)

 We decided to make 2 different kinds of cupcakes.

The kids helped with it all....


I chose red velvet with cream cheese frosting and pete decided on yellow cake with kit Kays mixed in and chocolate frosting.

 The kids definately wanted to do the "piping"

No regular frosting for them .

It was cute.

We were glad to relax and not do much. 

Family in Town

Peyes family came in town for Rylans Baptism.  Here's the fun we had while they were here...

This sweet boy was baptised this past Saturday 8.2.14

It was a special day that's he's been looking forward to.

His daddy got to baptised him (it took 5 times getting it completely right....one being that Rylan doesn't have a official middle name so when Pete only said Rylan Almanza the bishop stopped him..haha)

Rylan told me later he really liked getting to do it over and over again. :)

Celestial did an amazing job delivering him in their home. 

I wasn't there this time but watched the video. She blows me away how strong and controlled she is.
