Kadence’s Choir Performance

Kadence’s goes to Choir practice before school once a week and Lapband once a week.

So thankful to be working part time now and be able to allow her to do this kind of thing.

She really enjoys singing and I hope she continues to enjoy choir and music.
She did great and it was fun watching her play the drums a little.

Granny, Kim, Grey and Jax were able to make it to watch her.
My parents had my grandpa in town for only 1 night and were bummed to miss it.
Rylan had school basketball tryouts and missed it as well.

Aviation Nation

It’s been over 10 hrs since we went to Avation Nation.
My parents took my boys a few years ago, but we haven’t gone.

We went a few times with Papa when the boys were around, so I wanted to go with the kids.
We invited Rose and the boys also.

We went early and were able to park inside because of Rose military I’d. That was. I’ve.

It was a really warm day, so the earlier time was nice. We also beat a lot of the crowds that headed in.

They kids did some of the jumping houses, kade and I did the little zip line.
We enjoyed ALL the air shows..  and smoke!

We ate finely caked and fried Oreos and frozen lemonade.
Next year if we go we plan to take the wagon and chair and maybe an umbrella for shade it it’s a warm day.
We had fun!

Jai basketball pre freshman year

Jaiden played on a league with some 8th graders (playing up) and some incoming freshman to Durango.

Kadence plays soccer

Some pictures of Kadence playing her 2nd season of soccer with Coach uncle Gary and Alyssa
She did goalie quite often too.

She thinks she wants to try softball next season.

Mom and dads backyard

my parents are selling their home and I wanted to remember their backyard...  it has been a favorite spot of mine for years... especially on a stressful work day. I have had a few times after a hectic day that I just go and sit there for 10 min before leaving for the day.

The grass water and blue sky..  the sun pounding down...  I always want to remember this yard!

Rylans Allergy Test

I finally took Rylan to get an allergy test.
They did a blood test first and when we went for the results I was totally disappointed, it came back saying he was NOT allergic to things he HAS HAD the worst/scariest reactions too.
I requested we go to an allergists, and when we set that up , I requested a skin test (which I guess is less accurate but with the prior results we tried that).

He was allergic to all the things we Already knew...

Walnuts, cashews, pistachios....   tree nuts.
We did get a prescription for an Epi pen also...

We didn’t find out anything new but figured it was worth knowing for sure.

Ry was super tough with the blood draw and STARED the whole time at it happening... also said it wasn’t too bad and wondered when he could donate blood.
Cute boy!!
