First Friend Sleepover

Kadence had her first friend sleepover.

Her very best friend from daycare Tylee Thrasher is moving to Florida. 

Kadence played soccer with a Tylee to.

We're so sad. I even got teary eyed thinki ng about it once I picked her up.

Th see girls just don't Compreheat it.

Carrie texted me and asked if I'd be ok with kadence spending the night.  Her husband has already moved and her teenage son would stay at grandmas.

They ended up having a blast of course.

Clean Teeth

Someone had their very first dental appt. (I'm slow..and broke from Jaidens teeth and no Insurance ;) )
Thankfully shes not following in his footsteps and she's got healthy clean Teeth with no cavities.

Rylans a STAR

Rylan is a little star

This boy was born for this. 

I told pete when Rylan was like 3 or 4 that this little man was going to be our artsy child. He loves to dance draw and now we know act. 

I guessed he'd be our theatre boy in high school but he's getting a head start I guess.

A few months ago Rylans teacher asked our permission if Rylan could do this part. On stage shirtless.

Also if we would be supportive and make sure he's at the practices. 

We knew he'd do well...but this boy BLEW IT OUT OF THE WATER.

I was so amazed at all the lines he memorized. His personality shined. He was a hoot. He even SANG a run by ducky solo.  He was in his zone for sure. 

He was extremely confident and made us very proud. 

Daddy was home super sick and hated to miss it but mom got it all recorded and I can't stop watching it. 

We're so very proud of you and know your talents in life will bring you happiness. Never let anyone slow you down.

We had fun. We ate out. Went swimming. Rode a tram.

Jaiden's Play

Jaiden's school has a 3rd grade play every year. It's "through the decades" 

They talk about some big event of things that were big that year.  Then they have a little dance rotating through some of the music from that time. 

Jaiden didn't tell me any of this and told me that he had 1 line.  

Well 2 days later was Rylans main part in the play and I didn't think I'd be able to leave work for both. 

I felt really bad.

Well..Kadence would d up being sick that day (and then made it to Jaiden and pete) but... it worked out. I went to the play.

And I'm soo so glad I did. 

Jaiden DID only have 1 lone but he had lots of dance parts and he did awesome.

He was super confident and handsome as heck.
