Veterans Day Break

I typically have to work Veterans day but this year my mom said to take it off and spend the day with the kids
I was kinda perfect.

Spent the morning relaxing at home.
Then dripped them off for 2 hrs at chruch for their primary program pracine while I went for a run and showered.
Then we grabbed taco bell and headed to the park for 3 hrs
Beautiful weather
Kids played and played
I played some soccer too.
So nice to just have no one to be sometimes

Family Date Night

We finally had a family date night.
Jaiden had basketball till 7:30 so we made it a late night.
We went to Skinny Fats after for dinner and then bowling

So much fun. Rylan is competive with bowling and tries hard to beat Pete and I.
So much fun, just a night with our babes

Little hiking

Normally when the weather is gorgeous we get in a few different bigger/longer hikes
This year just has been extra busy. we squeezed in a walk/hike near the house one Sunday afternoon.
Kadence wasn't a big fan. she wanted to climb the big stuff at red rock

Random Latelys

We signed up Jai for a monthly membership doing basketball training. 

He had his first one last week.

 Jaiden got sick again. poor thing was sleeping at a friend's and text me in the night to come get him he couldn't sleep. I didn't hear it and saw it at 5:30. he had strep throt again.  :-(

 kadence came to work with me a few days after that with a lost voice, we're pretty sure it was sinuses

 cute cousins playing hide n seek waiting for the boys basketball game to start.

Halloween

Grey and Jaxon moved back with Granny the morning of Halloween. Kim and D were there the next day.

Jaxon was recovering from surgery so granny took him home and we got to keep Grey for the night  

Rylan and Kadence trick or treated while Jaiden and Grey just walked with us  

One house was giving away full size stuff so they hit up thag house  

Such a fun night. 

Carving Pumpkins

We invited my family over to carve pumpkins but the day before...Jai got strep throat so we had to cancel. 

The kids LOVE carving pumpkins and of course had fun. so much work but such a fun tradition. 

Fall Festivals

The kids had fun at their fall festivals at school. we went as a a family to the elementary school.  the friday after halloween, Jaiden had his at middle school. we dropped him off with friends, ran to vote and grocery shop and came in to pick him up  

He's getting so big and responsible. 

This dog

This dog is a nightmare. my husband loves him and so I'm stuck with him but some days I really just wanna let him loose and tell Pete he ran away...Haha

But he'd just come home.

You may think I'm awful for saying so but really, he HARD.

But he also has moments like this were I just love him and he's so sweet.

Little Tennis

We played a little tennis at the park. I'm not sure I've ever actually played areal game of tennis and I kinda second guessed if I taught my kids the correct rules, haha.
We had fun and I could totally see myself being a tennis girl, it was fun!
