Softball

Pete played with his cousin and his cousins boyfriend in a Softball Tournament. They live in Cali but come down 1x a year for this tournament. 

Its fun to watch Pete play. 

He had a few home runs.. Hence the "Crown" 

Saturday was Super cold and cloudy. 

Sunday was really gorgeous though. We only caught 3 of the 7 games since I was running around picking up Jai from him practice and keeping an eye on tank who was fixed only 1 day before. 

Pain meds, no licking, staying calm. Ahh! 

This girl is gunna be the end of us!

Tank got fixed

Finally got this dog fixed. Hes a pure bread and solid black like him is SUPER uncommon.

So we thought we would bread him but never did. Hes 3 and is starting to mark his territory in the house. 

no go!! 

So we got him fixed with the hope that it will help! 

He is such a wild dog, even the vet called to see when Pete was coming to get him because he was trying to escape his kennel when coming to. 

Most dogs lay around I guess.

HE WOULD NOT keep the cone on.

 You would never guess he got fixed because he didnt slow down at all. I though, did we pay for them to "say" he got fixed. But his balls are gone, so he did. Hes just tough and wild. 

We were laughing at Kona.. Tank was in the Kennel and she was doing this. Pete said, did she put herself in time out?

Table Refinish

I did my first Refinish Project. 

A few months back we bought a new Kitchen Table. Unplanned. 

I decided instead of just donating, to try fixing it up and selling it. 

I sold it the very same day I posted it!  Win!!  

Girls trip

I had a 1 night girls trip with these pretty ladies. Quick trip to St. George.

 Dinner, staying up late, goodies. Sleeping in, breakfast, Lunch, home decor shopping, lunch, pedicures, late dinner! 

It was alot of fun catching up with the girls. I admire them each alot and was glad to have a quick get a way! 

Sledding in Utah

Monday we drove up to Utah to Sled with Ash, Jed, Jamie and Brandon and the kids.

 We left without Petes snow pants and our SLED :( 

Also, everywere was sold out or doesnt sale them. Dang!! 

Pete borrowed Pants from Josh and Jed got 2 sleds from his Aunt. 

On the drive up to Cedar.. Pete saw a tub on the side of the rode. We literally pulled off and backed up along the freeway... pretty sure thats NOT ok. 

He ran back a ways too in the freaking cold!! 

What a trooper!! 

We hit Maveriks and filled up our Yeti and Cooler with hot chocolate. One part up the mountain got a little too sketchy for me but we had lots of fun and the plow came during our play so the drive back was fine!
