Just what I needed

I really just needed a FUN weekend with my cute FUN family. We started our friday night with some Steak n Shake.

Then took the kids to Dolphin Tale in 3d (Highly recommended, super cute, make you cry). Kadence even sat through it. I figured out the trick.. youtube Mickey mouse clubhouse and keep on silent, then the parts shes not interested in, she glances down at it.. SCORE!

Seriously.. how fun are those babies...

Saturday we went to the boys soccer game.. which was FUN and HOT  (no pictures)

Kadence munched on BWW.. ok ,we all did.

Sunday we ended the weekend with this...

A GREAT weekend if you ask me.

I stink as the tooth fairy!! :(

Soo Jaiden just lost his 3rd tooth last yesterday morning. He was pretty excited and so was I. I had moeny in the wallet and I had SUCH a productive night last night. LITERALLY. Just to explain how on top of the world I felt.. I did:
2 awesome meals (one for last night and one for tonight since its soccer practice)
Made Oreo Truffles
Organized the office
Grocery shopping
Dishes
Washed 2 sheet set
Did homework with the kids
Made a week worth of sandwiches for lunches
played 2 games of Kids Sequence with the boys
Worked out while watching Army Wives
Hung out with the hubby while watching roastsheen
baths/brush teeth
Story time at bedtime



Ok Ok.. Im not boasting but for real.. THIS WAS  A GOOD NIGHT!! right??   Ugh!!  you cant have it all can you. The MOST important thing of the whole night.. I SPACED. Seriously.. I popped out of bed SOO fast this morning when I remember.

That is THE WORST feeling in the world... seeing your little man disappointed.

Thankfully, he peed the bed last night and bumped out to the couch in the middle of the night. I explained the toothfairy probably didnt know were to find him.

I CANT BELIEVE myself right now.

 Dang toothfairy better step it up tonight!!

"The boys got skills"

This little one LOVES to clean. She started wanting to do the dishes now too. I wish I could say im enjoying this. BUT.. she likes to take the clean ones I just washed and are up to dry.. and drop them back in the water. :)

 The boys are being super social lately! They have a neighbor boy whos comes over almost daily wanting to paly. We let them almost every other day. Theyve been having friends over from the ward as well. Its funny how throwing one more boy in the mix makes my boys get along great. Instead of more chaos liked youd think... it gets really calm for me.

 Kadence discovered the homework table in the office the other night and pulled out her paper and crayons/ What a big girl!

 Saturday night I walked upstairs to a filter on the ground and the grill flipped open.
me: What happened
Jai: I threw my fruit roll up and it fell open.


Man, the boys got skills. Hit the tiny latch with his fruit roll up ;)

 Kadence lovesd her some lotion, and she loves rubbing it on other people too. Jaiden got lucky on Sunday and got a foot massage. Its about time the girl does somehting for him instead of vise versa ;)

 Soccer back. Were 2 games in. We last minute.. LITERALLY (same day) decided we'll do one more season of soccer. It fun as always to watch the boys play. This past saturday me & leshal we standing off to the side while Kadence and Matix kicked a ball. When out of no were Rylan come SCREAMING and crying that theres a wasp. HES SUPPOSE TO BE THE GOALIE!! I try for a min to calm him down and get him back out there to block the goal cause its only a dragon fly. Finally he gets back out and me & leshal start looking were our babies went. OOppps.. the game behind us is at a hault looking for who parents these 2 2 yr olds belong too :( WHOOPS   haha. Withing 2-3 min Rylan flips out again and we had to rush Jaiden in and switch goalie mid-play.   

Date night was for our Friend Dustins Wedding. We also have an OFFICIAL babysitter. Its a girl from our ward and the kids absolutely LOVE her. She young and fun and plays hard with them. Plus she lives only a few minutes away. We picked her up and right when we walked in the door Kade looked at me and said BYE MOM!!

and thats saying something. I gotta say, I love it. Weve always used our parents and not often lately. I need more date nights.. This should be good!!

With all the rain, I guess it still wasnt enough since they kids didnt get to play in it much.

 Last night while I made dinner the kids found cups and Rex pool and went to town!! Water every were. It was fun seeing the kids enjoying each other so much. Love these moments when they are all gettting along so well. Again... Kadence took her shirt off to match the boys.

It was almost to chilly for this but the kids didnt seem to mind. Im not really looking forward to cooler weather. Only the upcoming holidays!! Im a summer kinda gal ;)

Brownie Points!!

How cute are these!! NO, I didnt buy them but they loved them.

 Kadence thinks soccer practice is all about playing, not watching the boys and relaxing like I wish it was all about. haha. Last week she made me take her up the hill and play, we stayed for 30 min and then I made her go back down so I could watch the boys with dad. She likes her spoiled time.

 Rain!! Oh how we LOVE you!! Yesterday morning was GLOOMY. I knew it would be raining most of the day. Which would mean the dog inside all day alone. Which doesnt worry me because he does well. BUT, he sleeps inside so we had to make him go out to pee. There was TONS of thunder and lightening. Poor thing didnt want to go out to pee. So I told the kids we all have to go out so he pees. He was running around, tinkile here, thunder, run, tinkle there, repeat. HAHAH. Then.. I started coming down!! I yell for the kids to get inside and the poor dog squeezed in so fast. He stayed in all day. No poo, pee, and not even 1 thing out of place. Only a few dog toys, bones laying around. Such a good dog!!

 My sweet hubby was trying to win some brownie points yesterday I guess. He brought me Flamin hot cheetos, a diet coke, and chocolate truffles into work. oH, he won him some points alright!! Go figure these 3 are AMAZING together. haha 

Minnie Mouse

Granny came home from Cali/Disneyland and brought presents. Kadence was taking her nap but I woke her up to see adn have dinner. Her face when she saw her Minnie things were just adorable. She had to put htem on right away and wouldnt take it off. Ive had to hid them since because the next day she insitied on wearing her shoes toschool COMPLETELY miss

-matched. Oh well. The boys got Phineas and Ferb hoodies and Pete and I Perry shirts. Well have to get a family disney picture one day.. OR JUST VISIT DISNEYLAND SOON :)

NO more Cashews. EVER!!

Sunday was a bad day at out house. I wasnt feeling good. I sat on the couch with the kids and a bag of cashews. Rylan had ONE measly cashew and started freaking out that his mouth itched (about a month ago we discovered pistachios make his mouth itch..but thats all). I get him some benadryl and tell him to not eat any more. Thats the end of it. ...or so we thought. He was fine for about 6 hours. Then he starts laying around, saying hes sick. Falls asleep. We think his getting sick. Then he got to pee and has red spots starting to appear. His eye is getting bag that its half shut. Its spreading all over. SPOTS!! oh no. Chicken pox. I call my my for tips. She starts reading the internet. Oatmeal bath. Benadryl, Calmine Lotion, clip nails, no scratching, advil.   Oh SHOOT! ive never had chicken pox and ... this is gunna be NO FUN!! We get him in a bath as pete heads to the store to grab some of stuff we dont have. Poor baby is absoultely miserable in the bath. Crying and freaking out at th itching. I run to get more bendryl as my mom read. Give it to him. He wants out of bath. I lay him on couch naked with towel, since daddys bringing home lotion. Hes getting WORSE. he has soo many its starting to clouster together. Hes miserable but thank goodness for tv and a little distraction. I keep thinking this will officially be the worst week of my life. He has thousands.  Finally after about 30 min... He starts to feel a little better. I keep checking his skin. Its CLEARING. No way would chicken pox start to clear at all. Im starting to realize it is a allergic reaction STILL, even 6 hours after the fact and 6 hours of no systems. The medicine from earlier must have worn off and hes just that allergic. His skin is now BRIGHT lobster red. Im a little concerned and think dr but then decide against it. What will they do. At one point he said he had to breath real slow but i was right there and he was fine.


Hes fine now and no chicken pox but we had a few rough hours. :(  and NO CASHEWS for Rylan.  Im soo thankful this happened at home and not when we were camping and had the tiny pistachio insadent and he just dealt with itching for a feww hours. DANG. all this from 1 SINGLE CASHEW!!
Heres my poor sad man at the VERY start. You cant see the spots in the picture, and they got extremely worse. I couldnt bring myself to take a picture of my miserable baby then.

Shirtless

Its really hard to get this girl to leave on her shirt when he big brothers arent. Impossible actually. All summer long the boys love to walk around with their shirts off, and to be honest... I love seeing their nakedness :) and coudling with it too. Of course Kadence has to keep up with the boys

... At least for now!!  

Playing in the Rain

Labor day we went nowhere and did nothing... But spend time together. Well.. dad was working but... We PLAYED IN THE RAIN!! We hit Target and then it was just gorgeous out. Overcast and not killer hot!! So I turned the car around at the house and headed for the park. We hiked to the first stop. Kadence made me carry he most of the way. I d ask her if she wanted to walk. Her Reply " no, it raining"   :)   It was barely sprinkling the whole time we were there. Just enough to enjoy!!

 Once down we probably spent another hour there. Just ENJOYING. Pure perfection. No one cried or got hurt. Just AMAZING. Seriously, I loved it and so did the kids. Sometime we go to the park with dad or other people. Which means the kids dont get all my attention or me all of theirs ;)  I loved it!!

I will remember this day for a long time im sure. Something about playing in the rain just FEELS right!!

New Dr.

I found a new Pediatricina... Or Hopefully!!  I know its weird to be excited about this but. I ofund one nearby that does well check ups on SATURDAY. As a working mom, thats awesome. Ive always taken off work for shots,ect. This last Saturday Kadence and I checked out this new one close by. This is a new loaction but they have 2 others. It was nice, and, best of all, not busy!! LOVE IT!! Hopefully it will all work out. Kadence loved it and i was lots more fun than our others.. although the doctors were amazing.. im not willing to take 10 min to park and 2 hours to wait with 3 kids. Im pretty excited!
