A few months back we planned with friends a quick trip to Phoenix for a Dodgers vs. Diamondbacks baseball game
G and Raquel are from LA and are dodgers fans like Pete
Houstin and Amanda live in Phoenix so it was perfect
I’ve never been to a pro baseball game and Pete hasn’t been since he went with his Dad many years ago. He wore his same jersey from his last game.
We tried out the new JSX semi private flight and it was pretty awesome.
We got there and Houstin is a realtor and was able to get a 5 story bachelor pads condo for us to stay at free (just pay cleaning fee) - it’s a hole he is sellling.
We flew in- headed the room. Walked to lunch
Walked back. Fresher up and headed to the game.
Houstin lost a bet to G and was suppose to wear a pink dodger jersey but we could find- so they found their next best pick. (Amanda’s new pajamas) haha
We lost the game but had a blast watching
We walked to a nearby sports bar and caught a ufc fight
Then walked around for dinner and had no luck- found and Uber home and ordered in tacos and burritos and ended teh night with some “spoons” game.
The next morning Houstin and Amanda’s had split and we slept in, ordered in breakfast and relaxed while it rained outside. We then headed home.
It was a fun- super quick little get a way
