Outdoor movies!

Friday night we headed to downtown summerlin with Granny for frozen. 

We were there 45 min early..

And still didn't get good seats. Oh well, it was still different and fun. 

They had all there vendors (food stores) out there selling dinners and snacks. 

McKinley Princess Party!

Kadence was invited to her friend McKinley 5th birthday. 

The invitation was actually a wrapped present... inside was that little tutu and handbags along with the invite. 

ARE YOU KIDDING..so cute. 

Of course we didn't miss it. 

Kadence was looking forward to it all month.. and she was disappointed.

Meeting Baby Brinley

We brought dinner over to Tara and Austin and I got to hold Brinley for this first time. The kids got to see and hold her too. 

We got them all to ourselves for 2 hours (thy cut off all other visitors :) )

Little bit crazy

Life's a little crazy and I have far to much to be doing right now.
I brought work home with me and am bringing dinner to someone tommorrow and need to grocery shop for that.
Homework, dishes, laundry, life.. haha

But when my kids asked if they could swim with friends at the pool 2 seconds away (which unfortunatley is not my neighborhood.. haha)

I couldnt help but think how much better tthat sounded.. haha,
do the chores will wait today.

Now, we play (and mom relaxes..only to stay up late to work ; ) )

Sometimes though.. i get him to stop for amine and cuddle with me.

Birth of Brinley Nicole Stout

Sunday I got to witness a miracle.
My friend Tara and her husband Austin delivered there baby girl at home.

they have been preparing for a home birth by taking classes. It paid off.
She was AMAZING. 18 hours of labor it rough!!

She delivered in a birthing tub with I believe 18 people there (that includes 3 midwives and her husband)

I'm so so very thankful I could be a a part of this little miracle.

Soo happy for your little family.

First swim of the season

On Memorial Day we spent the afternoon swimming at Brandons Grandma's pool. 

It was the first swim of the season. 

Getting Started

Getting our Memorial day weekend started with a hike at
Spring Mountain Ranch.

The Celestial and Brand on came over for dinner and Jaiden had his first away from home friend sleepover for a birthday party.


On our little hike we saw 3 crawfish.. who knew?  Pretty cool for the kids.. and me ;)
it's so so beautiful up there. even better that's it's like 10 min from our house.

Catch and Release

Bass Pro shops had a fun kids event this past weekend. 

A Catch and release pond and a scavenger hunt.
