Last Fall Soccer Game

Last Saturday was the Power Rangers (Rangers) last soccer game.. and we are glad..it was dang cold!! We bundled up in blankets but it was sprinkling and windy. Exactly why we dont do Winter soccer!! Anyways the boys im sure will be sad but there already signed up with the same team for Spring! There team is UNDEFEATED! I didnt even realize it because most the time I dont keep score. I watch Kadence and am a little distracted. I just keep track or my kids goals mostly, but SOO exciting for them! The boys got there soccer picture plaques!

Sanders Thanksgiving

Friday night was the Dulaney Thanksgiving Party> I missed it Because of Softball

Saturday night was the Sanders Party, Thankfully I made it to that one.



The food was yummy. Company even better. And the kids, as usual had a blast. The big boys even ordered the fight to end the night right :) It was a fun night!




I made this pie but Pete did the top... Pretty Impressive Right?




Kadence and the little ones had fun taking rides on this lttiel garage stool thing :)


The boys had soo much fun letting Matix beat them up.. It was hillarious watching him punch them and they would fly back.. Too cute!

Last Skate Night with The Carters

Soo like Ive said Wendys family is moving so were squeezing in all the time together we can. Plus we love skate night. Unfortunately we wont know exactly when they are and half the fun is going with them. So well take the kids here and there.. just not monthly. Her was last night.. Out last Sakte night with The Cousins!! :(




Umm... WHO taught my kid to pose like a little thug? Really though? Hes must be hanging out with some at school becuase when he dances.. it aint white boy dancing (Pointed out by my sister) and now he throws some gang signs and waves them whiles he dancing.. were working on that one :( NOT GOOD!


Ry Guy did the limbo.. made it under just fine and then skated off instead of getting back in line. He was soo proud of himself though. Here hes waiting for Jai to go through

Jaidens 2nd time through he barely hit it.

Rylan races in the 9 and under.. by the time they started there were 2x's as many kids and he wasnt last.. btu he was the littlest. There were atleast 5 kids behind him, plus he fell!

1st Day of Nursery

Kadence was sick her first Sunday of turning 18 months. So Last week was her first day of nursery. I did not expect it to go well because Kadence will do well with certain people. She has to be very comfortable with someone for her to not throw huge fits. So I figured this wouldnt go great but maybe all the kids and toys would distract her... UMMM NO! I snuck out and went to Sunay school and about as fast as I sat down I was back up again. They came and said she was throwing a huge fit and boogers down her face.. the works. So I went back, played and thried to distract. One other dad was doing the same for his 3rd week and would sneak out and stand outside the door and if hes kid threw a fit he be back in .. I though, Ok thats what Ill do, wait and see how she does. AGAIN...NO. So I wound up in nursery for the full 2hours. But im not complaining. I had fun and enjoyed it. Hopefully over the next few weeks shell get comfortable but im not holding my breath. So heres her first day pictures.

Teething

Kadence has been a really great teether. She doesnt drool AT ALL though. Shes had her fevers and diahrea like normal, but then this past 2 teeth have been killer. Her two top (Vampire ??) teeth have been breaking through. Halloween we thought she was sick but for the two weeks following on and off she would randomly throw up. Weird?? I looked online and found out that not many but some kids do thorw up during teething. Needless to say she was pretty miserable and we just felt bad for our little girl. She did get lots of spoiling and cuddle time. Even slept in moms bed while dad got booted, dont worry, he offered it up. Just in case she threw up during the night...which she did. I was thrown up on a few times and out in public. Thankfully those teeth have broken through and the throwing up had passed. Heres some pictures of this rough transition.





This particular night we went to check on her about an 30 min after putting her to bed. She had thrown up and fallen abck to sleep. We of course needed to bathe her but she was just exhausted so she slept through it all. I had to catch pictures.


I stayed home from work for 2 days to spoil her and due to the throwing up. We took Rex for a walk and she helped out by holding the leash :)

Chips.. .REALLY???

Kadence how done OK during this season of soccer. She does well with not going on the field but she of course doesnt just sit either. Last Saturday the game was at 8am, I made the boys breakfast burritos so they wouldnt be starving. Well of course teh still were. So I went to the snack bar and bought some chips. Well Kadence just SAT and ate her some chips.. and then some more... and more. She was AWESOME!! Seriously, if I knew shed sit like that I'd bring chips every week.. even at 8am games!




She has had her fair share cheering on her big brothers though too.

Time with the Cousins

My Daycare was closed last week for Veterans day. I worked for 6 hours while my parents watched my kids but left at about 1 and headed to the park to meet up with Leshal and Matix. The weather was perfect and I had fun hanging out with my sister. I always forget how much I hate this park.. or the fact that it doesnt have a small section for the little ones, so as usual we ended up by the rocks for the kids to play in. I wish I could have more park play dates but working limits that.





My oldest sister Wendy headed up to Wisconsin last week for a few days to check it out and help find their living arraingments. I dont know how but I only got the kids for about 2 hours and Pete picked up Wendy at the airport on the way home from Basketball. Theyll all be gone in about a 1- 1/2 weeks :( I get sad everytime I think about it. I know this is a part of some many peoples lives but out of 7 kids wereve all stayed in Vegas untill now. I love hanging out with Wendy and the kids love her kids. Who knows how often well get to see them.

Not Private

Soo. I noticed alot of people who use to check my blog are not anymore. I know its because its a hassle. I dont want that. So.. im bad, Ive un-privatized. I did block so search engines cant find, ect. I may end up changing back at some point.. but for now I want my family and friends to be able to follow whats going on in our lives and fun updates about the kids.

No Training wheels!!

oK oK, So they are still on, nut not touching the ground! Sunday Jaiden pulled out his bike and pete kncoked up the training wheels and helped Jai for about 2.5 seconds :) No really.. Jaiden was wobbly for a few minutes and would put his legs down and start over but within about 5 min he completely has it down. I couldnt believe it. We didnt even have to run along side him or kill our backs or deal with crying and getting frustrated. I swear... what mom couldnt be PROUD! This boy was meant to be the first child...hes soo independant and a huge help! Things like this.. just does it. Good Job Jaiden. Your groing everyday into such and amazing BIG BOY! Everyday when we get home he goes out and wants to ride.

I cant go to School Today Mom!

Today Rylan did not want to go to school.

Rylan: I dont feel good mom. I have to stay home.
Me: Rylan, I cant stay home today and dads already at work. You have to go. If your still sick at school your teacher will call me and Ill pick you up. (We go through this here and there and once they are they..of course, no call)
Rylan: But mom, my tummy hurts.
Me: If you get to school and still feel sick, your teacher will call me.
Rylan: But im hot (Touching his head) OUCH! (as in TOO HOT)


A few seconds later..

Rylan: Mom, I cant go to school today.....My mouth is watering


HAHAHAHA...Seriously, I laughed out loud. I didnt laugh at him, I just couldnt help it. Rylan is hilarious!!

Soo.. no guys.. I did not let him stay home for a watering mouth :( Mean Mom .. I know!!

Halloween Day

Halloween Day, I wake up early to get ready for 8am Church. Then Pete heads in to wake up Kadence to start getting her ready. Apparently she had thrown up and fell back asleep. We didnt even hear her cry during the night. Hopefully the morning ;/ She has a fever too. So church is out. She was amazing all morning, well sick amazing.. just laying there, so quite and good, watching cartoons.


We relaxed all day and then Leshal & Brandon came for dinner and trick or treating. By this time Kadecne was feeling a little better and I took her out around the neighborhood but wasnt about to hair spray and color my sick childs hair. She went around in her pjs. Mostly I held her. The boys were off and we had to tell them to wait up numeorus times. Matix was ecstatic! He RAN around having a good ole time.








Leshal and Brandon were Puppy sitting this little guy > Hurley ... My kids loved him! Rex would have torn him up im sure if we let him too close. Or atleast stomped on him. I tried to see how he would do and he was just WAY too excited. We had to keep him outside.

We only went up and down 2 streets and then headed home.. we already had tons of candy from trunk or treating. Plus Ive never lived were we have trick or treaters so I was excited. I did it once and decided it wasnt all that cool. Thankfully Jaiden thought it was and took over that job happily. Pete said he had a cut off... we had alot of older teens :) Atleast they arent partying.. but that may be later.

Hope everyone had a great Halloween. I know Ill be working this EXTRA weight off for a few weeks... thats right.. I gained THAT much :(

A real BOOGER!!

Kadence is a real Booger. Shes fiesty and down right mean when she wants to be. Anyways... Friday Ive been playing softball, Petes got kid duty but we were down a few guys this week and Pete filled in as our pitcher. It was fun palying with him. So my mother in law watched the kids. She said the boys were good, but ... Kade, not so much. But, then Again, I could of told you that.

I left my phone in the car, but I had gotten a text from Rose about an hour after we left... K, shes asleep!! Which means she cried by the back door... to the garage, were Mamma left her. For and HOUR!! And I can guarantee this isnt whinner... its yelling!


We play 2 games in a row and its about a half hour drive so we were gone a while. We came home to worn out babies.


Weve established Kadence can be rough.. but she can be SWEET as ever too!! I love this girl so much and I LOVE LOVE LOVE that she has become a real cuddler. She wasnt AT ALL when she was a baby. Hers some daddy loving time in the morning.

Coronado Trunk Or Treat

Saturday night we went to our new wards Trunk or Treat.... Holy kids... their were soo many kids. (Notice.. I was able to get Kadence hair to work this time :)
I ran out of candy before Jaiden even made it back around to me. But it worked out because then Pete took Kadence around and I ran around trying to catch pictures of my kiddos :)


They had a cake walk.

Kadence wasnt having it making her walk so fast but she got a cupcake anyways. The boys loved it. Saturday and Sunday both we watched us some Hocus Pocus that was on Tv. My absolute favorite when I was little.
