FIRST PLACE

 My little boy scout took FIRST PLACE on his first pine wood derby.  Daddy and him had only 4 days of prep time to carve and make their car. Jaiden really did want to won and Pete just didn't want to get out the first round.  Well with a little help from uncle adam, some over the phone pointers from uncle wade and some help from grandpa. These boys pulled off a first place car....going backwards!! Forward it drove a liytke crooked so we had to make sure it ran backwards. Congrats baby!!

Little man turned Seven!!

My baby boy turned SEVEN ...why??    Ry took chocolate rice krispy trrats to share at school. He got doughnuts for breakfast.       All he really wanted was Chuckee Cheese.   He's easy to please.    We ended the night at sweet addiction.  Happy Birthday to the highest sweet heart a mother could ask for. I love you to peices!!!

Last Scouts till August

Tonight was Jaidens last day of Scouts until August. They hiked Exploration. peak pass. 

I went to drop off Jaiden, Rylan and Kadence really wanted to hike with the scouts. So I was in along maxi skirt and sandals and we made the trek. Honestly, not that bad.   Glad my boy had fun. He's a little sad its over for a few months. 

Someones FOUR!!

My little baby isn't so little anymore. I kinda love it and hate it all the same. :(

I love seeing this little girl grow. She's solo much fun and has solo much spunk. She's a total goof ball like Rylan. 

Kadence turned four on Sunday so Friday she brought rice krispies to share with her friends at daycare! 

Gosh she looks so big!

Sunday morning Kadence really thought she was big. She was ccertain she's old enough to wear make up!  How is this even going through her head at 4 ;) 

All this girl REALLY wanted was chocolate doughnuts for breakfast. She was solo made at Pete and I when we drove past terrible Herbst (were we normally buy donuts from the little stand). We went to Dublin donuts with Granny.

 we had planned on swimming but the weather was pretty cool. We got happy.meals and took her new bike to the park. Kadence later fell asleep for 3 hours. She rarely naps on the weekends any more.  She ended her night with a barbie red box.

Petes 31st

 Pete turned 31 on Friday. We started the celebrations off Friday night after the bmx party. Yeses and good friends. headed for the drive in movies to see iron man 3. That place is making a come back. Much cleaner, new digital screens, and way cheaper! We love it and its our 3rd time since getting the truck!    It was perfect!  We grabbed food and went extra early for a good spot. The kids played while Pete and I relaxed and enjoyed life :)

The next morning my mom came to the house and watched the kids for a few hours while we went to Egg Works and did a little window shopping. Pete wouldn't let me plan anything ahead. I kept asking what he wanted to do next and he'd say...not plan, we always have a plan. So we wung it :).     By 4pm we were headed to the lake.  On our friends boats!   Family.....we didn't buy a boat..Pete lied ;). We just have unlimited access to a boat that is stored in our garage.

We finished off the night by going to chilis at 10p after a long fun day with half asleep babEs and our good friends ash, jed, josh, and steph!  It was kinda perfevt!

Bmx Party

It was the start of our family birth.  y weekend Friday night. We started it off going to a non-family birthday ;). Jaidens got invited to his friends Bmx bike party. I knew we couldn't pass it up.  Rylan desperately needed a new (bigger) bike so he begged we get his bike as an early present for this party. So we did!


My boys voted this as the BEST PARTY EVER!!  Haha. It was pretty cute!

The next morning Jaidens tire was flat. Pete looked at his bike. He totally screwes up the rim And bent it from doing jumps. I never saw jumps but Pete and Jaiden say they did.

Well definately have to come back here again! LOVE! 

Latelys

Two weekend Lagos we did some major yard work. 3 truck loads that looked that that!  Our guard wasn't insanely bad either. Our lawn mower was getting fixed and Pete accidentally turned off the water to our grass. Our palm trees were in diet need of trimming.  The rest was just trimming back overgrown trees/ shrubs. Its looking much better now. Sometimes I'm glad my yard isn't too big. :) 

Our friends stopped by one night after driving by and seeing a project pete was working on. Shalt sent over her husband to heloed and came with her 4 boys. The kids had fun playing outside and with waterguns.  Here my downstair bathroom from dirty barefeet and trying to fill up water guns.

Haha... no wonder im always cleaning and my house is never clean.... a few days later i found one of my kids left out early one morning about 5 cut open otter popsto leak out over the counter and in the cupboards...as well as trying to put some in the freezer and letting them drip down the freezer insides...then froze that way.  Oh the joys!

More Lona Lmoving.  If you thought Rex was spoiled this girls about 10xs that. I wonder if it'll wear off since shes still a cute pup!  

someone stayed home with me when i

I was sick one day. i tried getting her to take a nap with me.  Not happening. At 3:30..right before the boys gor home i found her like this. STINKER! :) But a cute one.

 Walking to the park. Wish it were a little closer or that we didn't have to cross a four way stop but we made it there.

Spicy Ahi Poke. Pete brought this to work Friday for me. Been seriously craving it.  Its in China town called Hawaiian Poke. Its seriously GOOD!!  

 Jaidens been on a game kick! I played numerous games of Chess with him. Which he whooped my butt at. A little monopoly, A little parchessi.   This boy needs more games!
